The usual costs for final cleaning, bedclothing and tourist tax as well as all operating costs and internet are already included in the booking price.

The down payment is 30% at the time of booking, the remaining amount will be charged 3 weeks before arrival and must be paid two weeksbefore arrival at the latest. The deposit is EUR 400 and must be paid upon arrival.
